Terms of Service

1. What AI Football is

AI Football is a directory of AI tools for football: MCP servers, agents and skills for coaching, refereeing, scouting and club work. You can browse listings, install a tool into your own AI client, try some tools in the browser, submit a tool of your own, and build against our API.

AI Football gives you information and software tools. It is not a substitute for:

• Coaching or refereeing qualifications
• Official guidance from a football association or governing body
• Medical, physiotherapy or sports science advice
• Safeguarding or child protection training
• First aid or emergency treatment

2. Your account

To use an account you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Sign in with a Google account you are entitled to use
• Keep your account and any API keys secure
• Accept responsibility for what happens under your account
• Tell us promptly if you think it has been compromised

You can close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

3. Third-party tools

Some tools listed on AI Football are built and operated by us. Others are built and operated by third parties. Each listing says which.

• We review submissions before listing them, but a review is not a guarantee. We do not warrant that a third-party tool is accurate, secure, available, or fit for your purpose.
• When you install or connect a third-party tool, you deal with that provider directly. Their terms and privacy policy apply to what you send them, not ours.
• We are not responsible for a third-party tool's content, conduct or handling of your data. If a listed tool causes you a problem, tell us and we will look at whether it should stay listed.
• We may remove or change any listing at any time, including our own.

4. Submitting a tool

If you submit a tool for listing, you confirm:

• You have the right to submit it and to let us publish the details you give us
• The information you provide is accurate and not misleading
• The tool does not contain malware, does not exfiltrate user data beyond what its description states, and complies with applicable law

You keep ownership of your tool. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display its name, description, logo and documentation on AI Football and in material promoting the marketplace, for as long as it is listed.

We may accept, reject, edit for clarity, or later remove any submission at our discretion. Listing is free, and we do not charge a fee to be included.

5. Reviews and other content you post

Reviews must be your own genuine experience of the tool. You must not post a review of your own tool, a competitor's tool with intent to damage it, or a review you have been paid to write without saying so.

You keep ownership of what you post and grant us a licence to display it on the site. We may remove content that breaches these terms, is unlawful, or is abusive.

6. Pricing and payment

6.1 Free use

Browsing the marketplace, installing tools on the free tier, and submitting a tool are free and need no card. Free access may be limited, changed or withdrawn, and we will give reasonable notice before making a material change.

6.2 Paid developer plans

Paid API plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis at the price shown at checkout, and renew automatically until cancelled. Each plan carries a request allowance and rate limits, which we publish in the developer documentation. We may change plan prices on 30 days' notice.

6.3 Sponsored listings

Sponsorship buys placement, not editorial treatment. Specifically:

• Every sponsored placement is labelled as sponsored wherever it appears
• Sponsorship does not change a tool's reviews, rating or description, and does not exempt a tool from our review standards or from removal
• Slots are limited and allocated in the order they are bought
• We may decline or end a sponsorship where the tool breaches these terms, and will refund the unused part of the term if we do so for a reason that is not the sponsor's fault

6.4 Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. By paying you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.

6.5 Cancellation and refunds

• You can cancel at any time. Access continues to the end of the billing period you have paid for.
• If you are a consumer in the UK, you have 14 days from purchase to cancel for a full refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unless you have asked us to start immediately and have used the service, in which case we may deduct a proportionate amount for what you used.
• We refund any duplicate or erroneous charge in full.
• If the service is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours for reasons within our control, we will refund that period pro rata.

To ask for a refund, email [email protected] from your account address. We aim to process refunds within 5 to 10 working days.

7. Using the API

• API keys are personal to your account. Do not share, resell or embed a key where others can extract it.
• Stay within the rate limits and allowance of your plan. We may throttle or suspend a key that exceeds them or that degrades the service for others.
• Do not use the API to build a substantially similar competing directory, or to scrape the catalogue wholesale.
• We may change or deprecate API endpoints. Where a change breaks existing integrations we will give at least 30 days' notice to the email on the account.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone else's rights
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information
• Harass, abuse or harm anyone
• Upload or generate harmful, offensive or illegal content, including anything that endangers a child
• Attempt to access another account, our systems, or data you are not entitled to
• Use bots or scripts to access the site outside the published API
• Work around usage limits, rate limits or security measures

We may suspend or end your access immediately for a serious or repeated breach.

9. AI output

You acknowledge that:

• AI output is generated automatically and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date
• It is not professional coaching, refereeing, medical or legal advice, and it is not an official interpretation of the Laws of the Game
• You are responsible for checking it before you use it with players, and the welfare of those players remains yours
• Your queries may be processed by the providers named in our Privacy Policy

Subject to these terms, you may use AI output for your own coaching and club work. You may not use it to train a competing AI system.

10. Intellectual property

The site, its design, its catalogue structure and its own content belong to SVMS Consultancy Limited and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, republish or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

Tools listed on the marketplace belong to their respective owners. Their names and logos are used to identify the tool and do not imply endorsement in either direction.

11. Availability

We do our best to keep AI Football running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may take it down for maintenance, and we may change or discontinue features.

12. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

• The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for loss arising from your use of AI output, or from a third-party tool you found here
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or goodwill
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or £100

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

13. Indemnity

If you are using AI Football for business purposes, you agree to cover us for claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from a tool you submitted, content you posted, or your breach of these terms. This does not apply if you are using the site as a consumer.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will give at least 30 days' notice by email or a notice on the site. Continuing to use AI Football after a change takes effect means you accept it. If you do not, you can close your account and we will refund any unused paid period.

15. Ending access

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if your conduct risks harm to other users or to us, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the service. Clauses that are meant to survive, including intellectual property, liability and indemnity, continue to apply afterwards.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the nation where you live, and nothing here affects the consumer protection rights you have there.

17. General

• Whole agreement: these terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the site
• Severability: if a clause is unenforceable, the rest still applies
• No waiver: not enforcing a right once does not waive it
• Assignment: you may not assign these terms without our consent. We may assign them to a successor.
• Events outside our control: we are not liable for failure or delay caused by something beyond our reasonable control
